CONSTIPATION

What are the signs? Having a bowel movement less than three times in a week, straining during bowel movements.

 

 

What to do? Drink more clear fluids (e.g. water, broth, caffeine-free tea), eat more high-fiber foods (e.g. oatmeal, bran cereals, beans, peas, broccoli, raspberries), increase physical activity.
