What are the signs? 

  • Leaving objects in strange places (e.g. keys in the fruit bowl)

  • Getting lost on familiar routes

  • Substituting descriptions for familiar words (e.g. "arm clock" for wristwatch)

  • Decline in short-term memory




What to do? 

  • Follow healthy diet.

  • Exercise regularly and frequently.

  • Stay hydrated.

  • Keep your brain engaged (e.g. do puzzles, learn a new language, change your routine, etc.).
