What are the signs? Leaving objects in strange places (e.g. keys in the fruit bowl), getting lost on familiar routes, substituting descriptions for familiar words (e.g. "arm clock" for wristwatch), decline in short-term memory.
What to do? Follow healthy diet, exercise regularly and frequently, stay hydrated, keep your brain engaged (e.g. do puzzles, learn a new language, change your routine, etc.)
