HEAT EXHAUSTION
What are the signs?

Heavy sweating
-
Cold, pale, and clammy skin
-
Fast, weak pulse
-
Nausea or vomiting
-
Muscle cramps
-
Tiredness or weakness
-
Dizziness
-
Headache
-
Fainting (passing out)
What to do?
-
Move to a cooler location.
-
Lie down and loosen clothing if able.
-
Apply cool, wet cloths to face and body.
-
Sip water.
-
If vomiting occurs more than once or symptoms get worse, seek immediate medical attention.
