HEAT EXHAUSTION

What are the signs? Heavy sweating, weakness, cold, pale, and clammy skin, fast and weak pulse, nausea, fainting.

 

What to do? Move to a cooler location. Lie down and loosen clothing if able. Apply cool, wet cloths to face and body. Sip water. If vomiting occurs more than once, seek immediate medical attention.
