Basic Technology Training Pop-Ups

For 2021, Mission Trips will look much different than the past 22 years. Our new "Mission PopUps" are coming to a street near you.

Our Mission PopUps are a blast! We help support other nonprofit organizations complete projects that ultimately impact our community at large.

Typical Mission Popups Schedule:
Two Hour Service Sessions 

​

  • 9:30-11:30 AM (8 Senior Adults Max. Inside)

  • 12:30-2:00 PM (8 Senior Adults Max. Inside)

When Senior Adults participate in a PopUp:

 

  • Seniors meet at the Mobile Unit parked in their immediate community.

  • Typically, one Mission PopUp is scheduled monthly per community.

  • Senior Adults need to sign up in advance to participate.

  • Mission PopUps include numerous service projects benefitting local nonprofit organizations wherein Senior Adults will engage in a variety of tasks from envelope stuffing, to race bag packing, and many more.

  • SoaM will take your photo on your first Mission PopUp, so a nametag can be issued for future participation.
